Having been approached by the Client and Principal contractor in November 2009, we were able to hit the ground running on this large social housing scheme in Salford. Our experience in this sector of the market has been invaluable to both the client and the principal contractor as handover's are crucial for the funding of the project. Despite the harshest winter in over 30 years we have been able to handover on time, and on budget, the first 4 blocks as part of the clients sectional completion programme. As a result of the continuing success of the scheme we are pleased to announce the award of the next phase of the project which, starting in March 2010, will see a further 51 non-traditional houses brought up to decent homes standard.
